COLD PLUNGE OPTIONS
FIRST-TIME GUIDED ICE BATH
All new clients will take their first ice bath with a Certified Morozko Method Guide. The guide will review the waiver, share benefits of a weekly practice, and lead you through your first plunge including the sauna. After your first guided plunge you are eligible to become a member.

11-MINUTE MEMBERSHIP
Scientific research shows that 11 minutes per week or more in two to five sessions is a good solid, basic protocol for ongoing use. As an 11-Minute Member at Elemental Cold Plunge Studio, you’ll have access to our Morozko Forge Ice Bath & Infrared Sauna 12 times a month.

ICE BATHS
In contrast to a regular cold tub, cold plunge, or cold shower, Morozko ice baths have the unique ability to generate their own ice. Through the use of microfiltration and ozone disinfection processes, the ice baths offer exceptionally clear and pristine cold water, enabling you to engage in intentional cold exposure on a daily basis throughout the entire year.
