Elemental is hiring Wellness Concierges to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional and welcoming experience—from warm greetings to managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the overall flow of the studio. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about wellness and eager to contribute to a supportive and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the studio following established protocols

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing appointments and assisting with client check-in/check-out

• Answering phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

• Performing light cleaning and daily studio upkeep

• Handling laundry and restocking supplies

• Folding towels and ensuring amenities are refreshed

• Supporting cold plunge and sauna experiences with guidance and care

• Providing product knowledge and wellness insights when appropriate

• Being an all-around team player ready to jump in where needed
