All new guests must take an initial one-hour class with a certified instructor before becoming a member. A guided class is the best way to introduce you to both the experience and benefits of sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork.
You can choose any class for your introductory session. All of our classes are led by expert instructors who can guide you through the benefits, philosophy, and proper use of our state-of-the-art saunas and cold plunges.
